I have released 2 new plugins: Banded Courier Charges, and Template Editor.

Banded Courier Charges allows up to 6 bands of delivery charges, based upon the number of items in the basket. It can be installed on any version of Quick.Cart from v0.2.3 upwards, included v0.3.x.

Template Editor allows Admin to create, edit and delete template and css files, and upload template files or images (for templating use). The ability to duplicate and delete entire template folders is also included. There is also a Tigra Colour Picker for use when editting when css stylesheets. This plugin is only available for Quick.Cart v0.3.x.
