RSS via JavaScriptDo you want to put an RSS feed onto one of your web pages, but have it styled to match the rest of your site? Then I may have just what you need!

The RSS via JavaScript facility takes an RSS feed and allows you to style it according to your needs. And its totally free!

With this facility you can:

  • specify which sections of the feed you want to see - eg. Channel Title, Image, and/or Description
  • specify what order you want to see them in
  • limit the number of Items presented
  • specify fonts, colors, sizes, borders, margins, etc, for each section of the feed
  • control the appearance of links - for both the Channel Title and the Item Titles
  • return to the facility with your original settings in order to make minor changes, so that you don't have to start again from scratch.

All you need to do is enter the URL of the feed you are interested in, specify the content and CSS styling, and then Cut-and-Paste the 2 snippets of JavaScript code into your web page - one in the Head section, one in the Body section.
